Waste
Our containers are designed ONLY for waste from construction and renovation. When ordering a container, you indicate the waste you plan to throw into the container. Remember that you can only throw into the container the construction and renovation waste that is allowed when you select a particular container. For waste not allowed in the container, you will be charged extra or the container with such waste will not be picked up. Typical examples of misconduct include putting tar paper in the container for mixed construction waste or putting mixed construction waste in the container for clean debris.
Construction and renovation waste is material created as a result of construction, demolition or renovation work. This category includes concrete and brick rubble, plaster, ceramics, tiles, wood, metal, glass, polystyrene and leftover construction materials such as plaster, adhesives or mortars. However, it should be remembered that some waste, such as asbestos, roofing felt, chemicals or paints, require special treatment and cannot be disposed of with other construction waste.
We do not accept hazardous waste, such as asbestos, chemicals, paints, solvents, batteries, accumulators, toxic and medical materials, or waste containing mercury. In addition, we do not accept municipal waste, such as household waste, electronics or household appliances. For such waste, we recommend contacting the appropriate recycling centers or companies specializing in its collection.
Hazardous waste is material that poses a threat to human health, animals or the environment. It is characterized by toxicity, flammability, corrosiveness or radioactivity. This category includes chemicals, paints, solvents, accumulators, batteries, medical waste, asbestos, mercury and materials containing hazardous substances. Due to its harmfulness, this waste requires special handling during collection, transport and disposal. It cannot be disposed of with municipal or construction waste.
Waste codes are unique numbers that classify different types of waste according to the European Waste Catalogue (EWC). Each code consists of six digits and is assigned to a specific type of waste, indicating its source and characteristics. The codes make it possible to identify waste, making it easier to segregate, transport and dispose of it properly. Codes also help monitor and manage waste, especially in terms of compliance with environmental regulations. For example, construction waste has its own codes that allow it to be properly classified and treated (group 17).
You can put waste into the container until it reaches the top of the container. This means that the waste cannot protrude over the edge to ensure safe transport. It is also worth paying attention to the maximum weight that the container can carry, especially in the case of heavier materials such as rubble. Before ordering a container, it is worth matching its capacity to the planned amount of waste to avoid additional fees for empty transport or additional container rental.
We collect ONLY group 17 waste, that is, construction and renovation waste resulting from construction, demolition or renovation work. If you are planning work of this type, you can order from us a container suitable for your needs. We absolutely do not collect waste: municipal, industrial and hazardous waste.
Containers
The choice of container size depends on the amount and type of waste you plan to remove. For small renovations and cleanups, smaller containers with a capacity of 2-5 m³ will work best. For larger jobs, such as general renovations or demolition, we recommend 7-17 m³ containers. If you are not sure, ask your renovation team or contact us - we will advise you on the right size depending on the scope of work.
The rental period of the container depends on your needs. The standard rental period is up to 10 calendar days, but if you need it for longer, contact us and we will set individual terms.
You don't have to be present in person, as long as you determine in advance exactly where the container is to be placed. All you have to do is indicate an accessible and safe place for the truck.
If you want to set up a container on a public road, you will need to obtain the appropriate permission from the local authorities (the City Road Administration, the estate administration or another property owner).
The container should not be overfilled, as this may prevent its safe transportation. If it is overfilled, we may charge an additional fee or arrange to replace the container with a larger one.
Yes, but all waste must belong to the construction and renovation waste group (group 17). Some wastes, such as tar paper, chemicals or asbestos, require special treatment and cannot be placed in standard containers.

To ensure that the container can be safely placed and picked up, make sure that the place where it is to stand is easily accessible to the truck. The surface should be stable and paved - preferably on firm ground, asphalt or concrete to avoid collapsing the container. Remember not to leave obstacles such as branches, cars or other objects that may impede access. If you have narrow streets or need to place the container on a public road, you may need permission from local authorities.
To protect your container from unauthorized dumping by third parties, you can take several measures. First, consider ordering a container with a lid that can be closed, which will effectively restrict access. Second, place the container in a less conspicuous location or on your property, if possible. You should also consider filling the container quickly and ordering its pickup as soon as possible after the work is completed to minimize the time it remains empty.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a statement of withdrawal. However, it is worth remembering that this right does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the cancellation deadline, if you have agreed to perform them in advance. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not recommend moving the container yourself. Containers are heavy, and moving them requires specialized equipment such as hook or gantry trucks. If you attempt to move them yourself, you could damage the container, the pavement, or pose a safety hazard. If you need to relocate a container, contact us and we will arrange for appropriate transportation.
